Training Terms and Conditions

  1. The parties to this agreement are Snap Tech (Pty) Ltd and the client identified as the company paying for delegates to attend one or more of Snap Tech’s training events.
  2. Registration for each event should be no later than twenty (20) working days prior to the event start date.
  3. All course fees are due and payable on invoice. Bank transfer details are provided on all invoices.
  4. Interest at South African prime rate + 1%, compounded monthly, will be charged on any overdue accounts.
  5. All training materials will be submitted on receipt of payment. Local courier fees are included; all other areas will be subject to additional courier fees.
  6. Arrangements with third parties for carriage by air, accommodation, transportation, restaurants or otherwise and any costs incurred to provide training outside of the greater Johannesburg and Pretoria area will be for the client’s account and agreed prior to invoice. Snap Tech acts only as the agent of the client and does so on the express condition that no liability of any kind shall be attached to Snap Tech in connection with or arising out of such arrangements.
  7. A completed and submitted Application Form received from the client constitutes an official purchase order and implies liability for payment.
  8. Should the named person under ‘Billing Information’ fail to settle the account, the delegate will by default be responsible for the account.
  9. The minimum enrollment requirement for booking a corporate training event is 10.
  10. Cancellation of booking less than 20 working days before course commencement will incur 100% recovery of fees.
  11. Event transfers, i.e. moving a delegate to another date for the same course, requested less than 20 working days prior to commencement will incur a fee of R2,500.00 + VAT.
  12. Event transfers are not permitted less than 15 working days prior to commencement.
  13. Event transfer requests may forfeit any discounted rates based on volumes.
  14. Corporate discounts will be revoked if the agreed number of delegates is reduced.
  15. Cancellations & transfers must be received in writing via email to info@snaptechint.com
  16. No shows are considered cancellations.
  17. Substitution of delegates is permissible and will not incur cancellation fees.
  18. The client shall not be entitled to a reduction or refund in tuition fees in the event that a registered delegate should withdraw from or fail to attend classes or an event as a whole that has already started, which tuition fees shall remain fully payable, irrespective. If such an occurrence takes place due to unforeseen exceptional circumstances, the decision may be reversed at the sole discretion of Snap Tech.
  19. The parties understand that Snap Tech provides trainer lead Training and Education and that in the event of sickness or other temporary indisposition of a trainer, classes may become disrupted and become rescheduled. In the event of a permanent indisposition of the trainer, Snap Tech shall with all due haste once the permanent indisposition has been confirmed, procure the services of a replacement trainer. Snap Tech reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any course.
  20. The delegate, his guardian and the client hereby jointly and severally hold Snap Tech harmless against any injury, harm or damage that the student may suffer whilst on the premises of Snap Tech or otherwise was participating in the activities associated with Snap Tech.
  21. Certificates will be issued upon successful completion of the training event and full payment received.
  22. Copyright exists on all materials supplied in any form. Copying, transfer or storage by whatever means may only be performed with the express written permission of the Managing Director of Snap Tech.
