An Agile project is completed in small sections. Each section is reviewed and critiqued by the project team, which should include representatives of the project’s various stakeholders. Insights gained from the critique are used to determine what the next step should be.
The main benefit of AgilePM is its ability to respond to issues as they arise. Making a necessary change to a project at the right time can save resources and, ultimately, help deliver a successful project on time and within budget. The framework focuses on three things:
Thus, the idea of taking an Agile approach is to recognise that change can happen overnight and to ensure that the product you started with is the product that the market and customer ultimately needs. That is agile project management.
