Scrum Master Training – Scrum roles revealed. Do you have what it takes? Seven ‘must have’ competencies needed to make you a successful Scrum Master….
Scrum teams must be self-organizing with all the competencies and emotional intelligence required to master their work without reliance on direction from above.
In my previous two articles I briefly introduced the three key Scrum roles, that of, Product Owner, Development Team, and Scrum Master, with a more in-depth look at the Product Owner. Certified Scrum Master’s course provides everything you need to advance with Scrum, today’s most widely used agile project management methodology.

Project Manager – SuperSport
The Change Management Course presented by Snap – Tech was very comprehensive. There is a lot of pre-reading in this course, it is imperative that students do all the pre-reading.
The lecturer for my session was exceptional; he had the ability to provide the theory, both the content and context of the theory and translate that with practical examples. He was dexterous and able to deal with all three principal learning types and used the structured notes only to supplement his wealth of knowledge. He spoke through the topics, used anchor examples and drew comparisons and tables on the board to illustrate similarities or differences; I found that invaluable. As with the PRINCE2 course – this Change Course is about knowing your subject matter thoroughly, in particular knowing the theory and how to apply it. Our lecturer provided ample opportunity to understand as well as assimilate the content. I may be wrong but I believe we had a 100% pass rate which is very high for this course. Well worth my week.
Programme Manager –SAP Global Template Implementation- Dimension Data
I’m Tefo Kgatle, attended the Change management course facilitated by James from the26-30 August. My objective of attending the course was borne from the fact that I am currently running a huge safety project which would require some change management. I wanted to be able to understand their plans and approaches.
Did the program meet my expectations? Wow, I was taken aback by the intensity and comprehensiveness of the program. The content is well researched and provides a range of approaches that one could adopt depending on the situation. One size fits all does not work. Furthermore the course has enhanced the manner in which I relate to my management team, I have to understand them as individuals as well as the collective.
Thanks for the opportunity.
