James Hebbard specializes in Facilitation and Change Management; and is a Certified PRINCE2 Trainer. He is an NLP Master Practitioner and is accredited to train and consult using various recognized leadership and management models. He has been training and working in the Change arena over the last 10 years, has facilitated and trained leadership and change interventions for large international organisations, specifically on how to assist organizations, leaders, teams and individuals not only to accept change but also to use change initiatives to improve performance as well as profitability.
Charmaine has over 28 years experience in Project, Programme, Change, Specification and Data Management. She has consulted worldwide and her services included managing specific client projects and programmes, setting up PMOs and developing methodologies. Charmaine is a dedicated and enthusiastic facilitative trainer and consultant. She has provided training and consultation services to clients in both the public and private sectors, across various disciplines and at all levels including Project, Programme, Portfolio, Change Management, Business Analysis and Agile Practices. Charmaine has held various management roles in international corporate environments, as well as in her own business.
Dave brings his theoretical knowledge linked to vast practical experience into the training environment with a genuine desire to assist delegates in becoming practicing project management professionals. Valuing a relaxed and enjoyable learning experience, he loves sharing his passion for project management through actual examples dished up with a touch of humour. Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) since 1998, he also holds several other portfolio, program and project management certifications such as the foundation certificate in Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices (P3O), the practitioner certificate in Managing Successful Programs (MSP) and the practitioner certificate in PRINCE2. He also holds certifications in IT Service management (ITIL), Total Quality Management (TQM) and SAQA 115753: Conduct Outcomes-Based Assessment.

As a trained Business Coach, Nick has assisted individuals within organisations to fulfil their full potential. In recent years Nick has used his knowledge and wide range of skills to develop tailored methodologies and systems for a wide range of clients from County Councils, Financial Institutions, Telecoms Companies, the Transport Industry and NHS Trusts to name but a few. Nick uses his unique mixture of insight and delivery to ensure that each organization is able to meet its future potential. He has the business acumen to identify client’s real business needs and then is able to give them the knowledge and implementation skills to go ahead and make a difference in their everyday working environment.
