Certified local change agent helps organizations get the bottom line benefits, process improvements, cost savings and employee commitment from business change and improvements.

When an overall change initiative is managed centrally, it is important to have allies in areas affected by the change, to ensure that the change is understood and embraced at a ‘local’ level.

This two-and-a-half-day certification focuses on the wider impacts of organizational change and how to help people adapt and embrace changes to working practices or the operating environment.

Certified Local Change Agents (CLCAs) play a powerful supporting role during organization-wide transformation. They must understand the fundamental principles and approaches that encourage people to embrace change.

Certified Local Change Agents (CLCAs) assist organizations in aligning its entire workforce’s activities with the implemented change.

A CLCA can be a full or part time role-in many cases individuals will continue their “business as usual” activities whilst operating as invaluable members of organizational change initiatives.
